LOS ANGELES-The underwriting process has gone back to where it was 10 years ago. “Underwriting standards have really come back to a more normal level,” said Heidi McKibben-Green a Fannie Mae vice president, saying that her firm offers 65% to 75% loan-to-value-financing.
