NEW YORK CITY-Some industry observers don’t think this is the worst downturn they’ve seen and are actually eager to do business in this environment, said Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings. “This is an opportunity for tenant reps to differentiate themselves with some of their tenants,” he said.
