At KBS Realty Advisors, Carroll will direct KBA asset performancein Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. The longtime commercial real estate veteran will be based at the KBS headquarters in Newport Beach.

Carroll will direct all third-party consultants and agents in the region, including property management, leasing, property tax consulting, property-level legal and construction management experts. He joins KBS after 11 years with Atlanta-based Industrial Developments International (IDI), which focuses exclusively on industrial properties.
