COLLINGSWOOD, NJ-An 83,220-square-foot office building here sold for $2.6 million in a deal orchestrated by Colliers Lanard & Axibund’s South Jersey office. CL&A represented the seller, Station House Office Associates, in the sale of the Station House Office Building. p>The five-story complex is located on Haddon Avenue at the PATCO Hi-Speed line stop here and is near Routes 30 and 70 and Center City in Philadelphia. The buyer, 900 Haddon Avenue LLC, is planning significant capital upgrades to the building’s common areas, main lobby, common corridors and exterior. Current tenants include Our Lady of Lourdes, Community Health Law Project, Camden Council on Economic Opportunity and McMunn Associates.

CL&A has been retained to lease the building’s vacant suites that include the entire fifth floor–roughly 16,750 square feet, divisible–and other suites starting at under 1,000 square feet.
