NEW YORK CITY-The locally based Carlton Group is not only trying to sell distressed assets through auctions but also online. The firm recently started up the Carlton Exchange, where investors can bid through an MLS system, said Howard Michaels, chairman and chief executive officer of the Carlton Group.
