Stephanie Pearson Joins Terra Search as Partner

LOS ANGELES-Terra Search Partners has opened a Downtown Los Angeles office and has named Stephanie Pearson, a former Heidrick & Struggles partner, to head the new office. San Francisco-based Terra Search is a retained executive search firm that specializes in the real estate and nonprofit sectors.

Pearson was a partner in the real estate practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where she recruited for public and private companies across all sectors of the real estate industry. Her executive search practice has focused on real estate and the related financial services sectors for the last 10 years. In addition, she has 15 years of experience as a residential and commercial developer.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Pearson was a senior director with the boutique firm of Ferguson Partners. As a residential and commercial developer, she was involved in commercial office, single-family, apartment and senior housing projects.
