ARK Management Expands Via New Contracts

CARDIFF BY THE SEA, CA-Locally based ARK Management has expanded its third-party management portfolio with the addition of a mixed-use retail and industrial project in Ramona. Known as the Singer Family project, the property consists of one single-tenantfreestanding industrial building, one multi-tenant commercial/ industrial building, two freestanding single-tenant retail buildingsand one multi-tenant retail building. The portfolio is located onMain Street in Ramona and is more than 95% leased, according to Adam S. Robinson, co-founder and asset manager for ARK Management.

Tenants at the Singer Family portfolio include Kragen Auto Parts, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Big Apple Bagels, 2J Flight Technology, Ramona Motors, Roman’s Designs and Tanguary’s Ramona Truck & Auto. Robinson notes that the assignment to manage the Singer Family property follows another recent property management contract that ARK was awarded to manage a three-building, multi-tenant retail center at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Lakewood Boulevard in Downey that is held by a private owner.In addition to its corporate office in Cardiff by the Sea, ARK opeartes from satellite offices in Orange and Los Angeles counties.

The Downey property is located at the signalized intersection of Imperial Highway and Lakewood Boulevard, with a daily traffic count of more than 70,000 cars and immediate access to the 105 (Century) Freeway as well as connections to the 605, 5 and 71- Freeways.
