DENVER-The trophy class AA building, known as Palazzo Verdi is on the market for sale for John Madden Co. in the Southeast suburban submarket of Greenwood Village here. The 15-story 302,245-square-foot building is expected to fetch in excess of $96 million.

The building is home to the headquarters of two international companies—Newmont Mining Corp. And CIBER Inc., as well as the Mangia Bevi Cafe. Leading the Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. team, who is marketing the property, are executive vice presidents John Jugl and Steve Suechting.
