HOLLYWOOD-The Art Institute of California has signed a 10-year lease for 15,250 square feet of office space at J.h Snyder Co.’s 5250 Lankershim Plaza, expanding its total space under lease at the Snyder project to 77,000 square feet. The Institute expects to move into the new space in October following tenant improvements, according to Bruce Geller, director of leasing for J.h Snyder, who represented 5250 Lankershim in the transaction.
