IRVINE, CA-INCO Commercial, a 30-year old Southland real estate brand, has expanded in Orange County with the launch of an office here headed by 30-year industry veteran Gary Marquis, formerly of Collins Commercial and Voit Real Estate Services. The INCO platform is a broker-owned, equity- and profit-sharing business model, according to Marquis. INCO Commercial is a sister company to INCO Co., a firm that is established in Long Beach and Riverside.

Marquis most recently was senior vice president with Collins Commercial in Newport Beach, which was recently acquired by DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. At Voit, he was founding managing partner of the firm’s Anaheim office.
