A new JLL report finds that "non-essential" retailers in particular have been pummeled by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The co-founders of Rudy’s Barbershop worked with Sortis executives to pay about $2.5 million for the barbershop and avoid the involvement of the distressed equity firms.
The rebranding also reflects the company’s vision for the future as Alta Housing expands the number of communities and broader spectrum of residents it serves, and the resident services it provides.
