COATESVILLE, PA-A Keystone Foods distribution center here, about 45 miles West of Philadelphia, recently changed hands for just under $26.1 million. The 150,000-square-foot facility was formerly owned by an entity named KS Coatesville PA, and it was bought by what CB Richard Ellis called a “private investor,” according to the brokerage firm’s press release.

Food distributor Keystone holds a 20-year, triple-net lease on the asset, which is situated on 20.4 acres. The freezer/cooler distribution center provides supplies to about 400 McDonald’s restaurants throughout the Delaware Valley.
