NEW YORK CITY-Plans to change the historic stadium of the West Side Tennis Club into condominiums have drawn strong opinions against its development. U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner has called for more opinions on the fate of Queen’s landmark.

Rep. Weiner, along with Karen Koslowitz, a member of City Council and state Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky submitted a letter urging Landmarks Preservation Commission to protect the stadium.
