NEW YORK CITY-Units of the 58-story building, which comprises 223 condos and was developed by Moinian Group, are selling well despite a somber real estate climate. The building, dubbed the W New York-Downtown Residences, is situated in the Financial District at 123 Washington St.
The cost of each condo is about $2,100 per square feet. The developer has closed two condos for $4 million since January and units totaling $100 million are under contract. For the full story, go to NY Post.
