LOS ANGELES- Malibu real estate investor 10th Street Partners LLC has purchased a rent-controlled apartment building, which has 21 units, from Villa Cordova Associates LLC for $5.78 million.

The building located 1133 10th St. comprises a single three-bedroom unit, 6 two-bedroom units and 14 single-bedroom units. The two-bedroom units and single-bedroom units are rented for an average cost of $1,870 and $1,175 per month, respectively.
