LAGUNA BEACH, CA-A report from Altera Real Estate shows that homes in Laguna Beach take longer time to sell compared to other areas of Orange County.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA-A report from Altera Real Estate shows that homes in Laguna Beach take longer time to sell compared to other areas of Orange County. Laguna homes have a market time of 11.31 months, which is 223 days more than that of Orange County.

About 3.5% of all residences listed for resale in Orange County belong to Laguna Beach. The number of distressed asset deals in escrow in Laguna Beach is 8% versus the nation-wide percentage. For the full story, go to Orange County Register.
