NEW YORK CITY-Long-distance carrier IDB Communications Group has re-upped its New York office space at the Moinian Group’s 90 John St., GlobeSt.com has exclusively learned. The three-year renewal is for more than 35,000 square feet on two levels at the 32-story Downtown office tower.

A Newmark Knight Frank team of Adam Leshowitz, Jamie Jacobs and Robert Sattler represented Moinian. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey Heller represented the Los Angeles-based tenant, which is reportedly the fourth largest US-based international long-distance carrier and the largest US-based international private line carrier.
