ORLANDO-Norcross-GA-based Wells REIT II, a public nontraded REIT specializing in office properties, acquired a newly renovated 10-story office building in downtown Orlando for $24 million. Wells purchased the 128,296-square foot property from German investment fund KanAm Grund America.

Mike Davis, senior director, and Rick Brugge, associate director of Cushman & Wakefield Southeast Capital Market Group, represented the seller in the transaction. Keith Willby, a senior vice president at Wells REIT, represented the company internally.
