ASPEN, CO-Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide has finally found a buyer for its St. Regis hotel in Aspen since listing it for sale nearly two years ago. The company has entered into a sales agreement with 315 East Dean Street Associates, a Delaware-based corporation.

The sale is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2010. OptAsia Capital Co., a Bangkok-based company, is representing the buyer. Starwood will continue to run the hotel via a long-term management contract. For the full story, go to Denver Post.
