NEW YORK CITY-Two apartments at the 27-floor San Remo apartment complex situated between 74th and 75th streets have been put up for sale at record prices. A 19th floor apartment, which went into sales contract last week, was listed at $17.5 million.

The price tag for the 11-room apartment measuring 4,250 square feet on the 15th floor is $20 million. This roughly translates to $4,700 per square foot, the costliest listing-price to be featured at the Upper West Side tower. For the full story, go to The Wall Street Journal.
