BUFFALO-My Destiny Real Estate, a Los-Angeles-based realty investment firm, has decided not to challenge the decision by the trustees appointed by the US Bankruptcy Court to sell the Statler Towers, an 18-story tower in downtown Buffalo, to a local group.

This paves the way to the local group led by James Eagan and Mark Croce to acquire the building for $200,000. The group, which is under the 60-day due diligence period, should also pay $500,000 in back taxes. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
