ANAHEIM, CA-The new owner of the 336-unit housing project situated in Platinum Triangle believes that the stalled project could take nearly four years to complete.

Macquarie Platinum Katella Inc., a unit of Macquarie Group Ltd., took over the condominium project located at 1331 E. Katella Ave. Anaheim’s planning commission granted a five-year extension to the developer in order to complete the project.
