ORLANDO-Orlando-based Baldwin III LLC, an entity linked to Real Estate Inverlad Development LLC, has purchased a Class A office building at 4798 New Broad St. in Baldwin Park for $7.5 million from New Broad Street II Ltd. LLLP.

The three-story, 46,878-square-foot office building, which was constructed in 2008, is situated in the Baldwin Park Village Center. More than 90% of the office building is already leased. In the transaction, Dallas-based Lincoln Property’s Jay Dixon represented the buyer. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal.
