NEW YORK CITY-APF Properties has roped in vice chairwoman of CB Richard Ellis Darcy Stacom to market its 82,000 square-foot asset at 636 Sixth Ave. and the 1330 Sixth Ave. property of Caisse de Depot et placement du Quebec.
