SIMI VALLEY, CA-Kingsbridge International, Inc., a wholesaler and importer of giftwares and housewares, has acquired a 208,493 square-foot, two-building industrial asset at 2900-2950 Madera Rd in Simi Valley from Bank of America for $11.42 million.

The property encompasses a 72,810 square-foot office tower and a 135,683 square-foot distribution facility. As part of the acquisition, Kingsbridge has leased the office tower back to Bank of America for two years. The Wholesaler will use the distribution facility for its operations.
