WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Local residents are divided over the inclusion of a Costco store in the mixed-use development project called The Village at Westfield Topanga in Woodland Hills. Some residents fear that the store inclusion would cause hurdles for pedestrian movement and traffic clogging.

According to the proposal, a Costco store with its tire store and gas station measuring 146,000 square feet will occupy the corner of Owensmouth Avenue and Victory Boulevard, a portion of the development. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
