Altman Buys Multifamily Community for $8M

BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Boca Raton-based Altman Development has purchased the Peninsula on the Intracoastal multifamily community situated at 2649 North Federal Highway in Boynton Beach for $8,300,000.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Boca Raton-based Altman Development has purchased the Peninsula on the Intracoastal multifamily community situated at 2649 North Federal Highway in Boynton Beach for $8,300,000. The property has 20 townhome sites and 50 residential units.

The multifamily community comprises a five-story residential building with 40 units. The property also contains 10 two-story coach homes that are almost completed. Avery Klann, Hampton Beebe and Marc deBaptiste, the Boca Raton-based team of ARA Florida, handled the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
