NEW YORK CITY-Icebreaker, an outdoor sportswear retailer based in New Zealand, has leased 3,500 square feet of space between Prince and Spring streets at 102 Wooster St. The asking rent for the seven-year lease, which includes a basement spanning 1,600 square feet, was $137 per square foot.
