NEW YORK CITY-Fusion Telecommunications has renewed a lease for 9,744 square feet of space on the 19th floor of the 650,000 square-foot New York Technology Building at 75 Broad St. for an undisclosed asking rent.
The firm’s previous lease was for 13,000 square feet of space at the 33-story tower. In the transaction, Harry Krausman with Cassidy Turley represented the tenant while the owner JEMB Realty was represented by an internal team. For the full story, go to Crain’s New York Business.
