FREMONT, CA-Bixby Land Co., an Irvine-based realty investor and developer, has paid $15.2 million to acquire a manufacturing facility in Northern California from a venture of Chicago’s Walton Street Capital LLC and Foster City-based Legacy Partners.

The industrial building, situated in Fremont, measures 129,808 square feet and serves as AsteelFlash Group’s headquarters. In the transaction, Bixby represented itself while Cassidy Tur-ley and Eastdil Secured LLC represented the sellers. AsteelFlash has decided to lease the building till 2017.
