ONTARIO, CA-BlackRidge Real Estate Group LLC, a realty investment company, has acquired a distribution center spanning 302,020 square feet at 1000 Etiwanda Ave. in Ontario, CA, for $14.4 million, which translates to $48 per square foot.

The center, which is 100% leased to DCG Fulfillment, a third-party logistics provider, comprises two ground-level ramps, 43 dock-high loading doors and 6,900 square feet of office area.
