NEW YORK CITY-LCOR has completed three leases for its 545 Madison Avenue Class A office building for an asking rent hovering around $70 per square foot. James Caird Asset Management, a London-based hedge fund operator, has leased 7,175 square feet for 10 years and RNK Capital, an environmental finance company, has leased 7,175 square feet for 5 years.
