AUSTIN, TX-Festival organizers of South by Southwest have purchased a three-story downtown office building and parking garage measuring 20,828 square feet across the 5th Street from the headquarters of Whole Foods Market Inc. at 400 Bowie St. from Fifth & Bowie I LP.

Aquila Commerical’s Jay Lamy and Chris Perry represented the seller and Victor Young, also of Aquila, represented the buyer in the deal. HPI Real Estate Investment Services & Investments was also involved in the transaction. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
