NEW YORK CITY-Horsham, PA-based Toll Bros. has acquired a premier, distressed property situated on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. On Wednesday, the company said that it has plans to construct a 15-story residential building at 132 E. 65th St.
The firm is also developing 303 E. 33rd St. in the neighborhood of Murray Hill and Northside Piers in Brooklyn. The builder also said that it is planning to use the exceeding capital on land deals. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
