PHILADELPHIA-The developers of the American Commerce Center, a proposed 1,500-foot giant that would be the tallest building in the United States if completed before One World Trade Center in New York City, say the project isn’t dead. “It’s still in the works, and it’ll be in the works until we find an anchor tenant,” Garrett Miller, a partner of the Hill Opportunity Real Estate Fund told Philly.com’s Joseph DiStefano.
