LOS ANGELES-A 165-unit high-end apartment tower at 5550 Wilshire Blvd. on the Miracle Mile is all set to be leased this month. The Foster City-based developer Legacy Partners built the $125 million tower, which was initially considered as condominiums before the market collapsed, for owner BlackRock Inc., a New York-based money manager.

The project features one- and two-bedroom apartments varying in size between 800 square feet and 1,600 square feet. The rents for the units vary between $2,000 and $5,000 per month. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business Journal.
