NEW YORK CITY- BPCM, a public relations company, is doubling its office space by leasing 10,000 square feet on the third floor of the 80,000-square-foot, four-story tower located at 531 W. 25th Street in Chelsea neighborhood. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent was hovering around $40 per square foot.
