CHICAGO-Playboy Enterprises Inc. has placed its headquarters space situated in 680 N. Lake Shore Drive for sublease. The company has employed Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to sublease the entire 96,000-square-foot space on the 15th and 16th floors.

Playboy is paying about $728,000 per year in base rent for the space it has leased in the 485,000-square-foot building at 680 N. Lake Shore from Chicago-based Golub & Co. In order to cut costs, the firm is looking for a subleasor. For the full story, go to Crain’s Chicago Business.
