NEW YORK CITY-Vision Capital, a London-based firm, has leased the entire 14th floor of the tower located at 681 Fifth Avenue to house its first office in New York. The asking rent for the 6,000-square-foot lease was hovering around $80 per square foot.

In the deal, Studley represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Metropole Realty Advisors. Global Thematic Partners and Tommy Hilfiger are the tenants in the tower. For the full story, go to New York Post.
