NEW YORK CITY-Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has been hired by the Apthorp to handle the sales and marketing of the landmark property, a 102-year old building. Corcoran Sunshine is replacing a Prudential Douglas Elliman team headed by Dolly Lenz in the sales effort of condos.

According to the property’s managing agent, Broadwall Management, deals for Apthorp’s 24 apartments have already been closed and 12 are still in contract. The sales effort of the building is expected to resume in November. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
