CHICAGO-Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has renewed its lease agreement at One Financial Place situated in the South Loop but is reducing the space to half. Sources have said that the firm has re-upped for an 81,000-square-foot space at the 440 S. LaSalle St. building.

Behringer Harvard REIT I Inc., the owner of One Financial, has said that the existing lease of investment bank for 163,000 square feet will expire in 2011. Studley Inc. represented the bank in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain’s Chicago Business.
