NEW YORK CITY-N.Y.U. Langone Medical Center has signed a 28,500-square-foot lease on the second through fourth floors of a four-story tower located at 1491 Third Ave. for 15 years. The hospital will open a medical center for women in the leased space located at the 84th street.

In the deal, Paul Wexler of Corcoran Wexler Healthcare Properties represented the owner, while the tenant was represented by Mark Mandell of Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
