PHOENIX-Scottsdale-based Land Advisors Organization has announced the sale of Festival Ranch, a 7,042-acre property in the far West Valley. The property, which is situated on Sun Valley Parkway between 263rd and 287th avenues in north Buckeye, was acquired by BM3 Holdings LLC from 10,000 West LLC.

The property is situated adjacent to the Festival Foothills community and Pulte-Del Webb’s Sun City Festival. This is the largest land deal in the Phoenix area since 2008. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
