ORLANDO-Sentinal Capital Partners, LLC and SCB Building, LLC, a Tigrent Inc. subsidiary, completed a note sale transaction with Colliers International in October. The building in question is a 16-story, 128,733 square foot office building for which the note was collateralized.

The office building recently modified its name to the Centennial Bank Building from the Southern Community Bank. However, before the sale, the building had lost its main tenant. The office building is located in Orlando on 250 N. Orange Ave. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
