NEW YORK CITY-The owners of Trump SoHo are offering half of the deposits of dissatisfied condo buyers back if they agree to stay back from joining a lawsuit alleging fraud. The offer goes to the buyers who have not completed their purchase in the 46-story condominium and hotel situated on Spring Street.

The lawsuit was filed in August, and it says that the Trump SoHo representatives were employed to attract more buyers to purchase condos through fraudulent and delusory sales practices. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
