STUART, FL – Franklin Street Real Estate Services has negotiated the sale of the 104-unit Harbour Breeze Apartments at 1202 SE Palm Beach Road in Stuart. The 80,978-square-foot property was built in 1973 and was sold for $2.8 million at the rate of $34.57 per square foot.

Franklin Street’s MDs Darron Kattan and Bob Goldfinger and Director Kevin Kelleher represented both parties in the deal. The seller was PBE Companies, LLC and the buyer was Stuart Breezes, LLC. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
