NEW YORK CITY-Partners Group USA, a Zug, Switzerland-based private equity firm, is moving its New York office situated at 450 Lexington Ave. to the Grace Building. The firm has leased 31,000 square feet in the Class-A building located at 1114 Sixth Ave. for 10 years from Brookfield Properties.

The private equity firm will occupy the entire 37th floor at the building. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis, while the landlord had in-house representation. For the full story, go to Crain’s New York Business.
