LOS ANGELES-Michelle Rivera, the new owner of Chateau Marmutt, has bought a 4,367-square-foot, single-story building located at 8162 Beverly Blvd. for $2.135 million. The building is situated two blocks away from Chateau Marmutt’s current location at Third Street.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac’s Michael Rojas, T.C. Macker and William Althouse represented the buyer, while CB Richard Ellis Group’s Neal Golub represented Hagerty-Falgien RE Partnership, the seller, in the transaction.
