CHICAGO-Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corp. has sold three hotels in suburban Chicago for a total amount of $51 million or about $62,000 per room. The company has sold the 301-room Hyatt Deerfield, the 206-room Hyatt Rosemont and the 316-room Hyatt Lisle to a joint venture of Carrollton, Texas-based Aimbridge Hospitality and New York-based AREA Property Partners.
