NEW YORK CITY-Panera Bread is opening a new eatery in downtown Brooklyn. The bakery and cafe outfit has inked a lease for 15 years with Muss Development for 4,500 square feet, which includes 2,300 square feet on the second floor and 2,200 square feet on the ground floor, at 345 Adams St.

The 14-story building is situated a block away from Fulton Street and Borough Hall. Greenstone Realty and RIPCO Real Estate represented Muss Development and Panera, respectively, in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain’s New York Business.
